How was everyone's week? Mine in short was filled with work, school and way too much drinking. Fact of life. I hope everyone took the challenge and expanded their exposure to art. Personally, it helps me see a simpler beauty within overlooked aspects of daily life.

You're next mission, if you choose to accept it, is to think outside the box musically.

Listen to an opposite genre of the usual. (For instance, I am spending the next couple of days getting acquainted with Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday.)

This week's mission: expand your culture comfort zone.

Today, I want everyone to do themselves a favor. Take this Monday as an opportunity to grow and expand it throughout the whole week. I myself went out and bought several art magazines. Art is something I have little knowledge or awareness of...like most people, my interests are generally limited to where my talent lies (writing). However, I think I found someone who can replace Salavador Dali as my favorite artist: Sam Weber.
